- Pay at checkout. Use an email address you can access. A personal written reading is not a phone call or live appointment.
- Send your information. Open the pink chat bubble on this website. Send your order number, name, birthday, question or topic, and a concise summary of the situation.
- Check your email. Written readings are sent to the email on your order. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders too.
Which section should I choose?
Personal Readings: Personal written guidance about love, career, family, decisions, or spiritual growth. Start here when you are unsure.
Love & Relationship Readings: Focused questions about mixed signals, connection patterns, closure, or relationship decisions.
Life Decisions & Clarity Readings: Broader situations involving personal direction, family patterns, work, or moving.
Astrology & Birth Chart Readings: Birth charts, compatibility, timing, and life cycles. Check the listing for the birth information required.
Specialty Readings & Mentorship: Mediumship, ancestors, spiritual development, purpose, protection, and specialty support.
Buying a journal or workbook?
Journals, Workbooks & Digital Guides are resources you use on your own, not personal readings. Check the product page for the included files and how to use them. No physical item is shipped unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Booking a candle ritual?
Candle Rituals are spiritual services performed on your behalf, not candles mailed to you unless the listing specifically says so. After purchasing, send your name, birthday, intentions, and any additional information requested in the listing through the pink website chat.
What information should I submit?
- Your order number, full name, and birthday.
- Your exact question or area of focus, plus a concise summary.
- The other person's name and birthday when relevant and known.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Birth time and location when required for astrology, or when you would like astrology blended into a tarot reading.
Where do I send my information?
Use the pink chat bubble on this website after purchasing. Please do not send order details through Facebook unless I specifically tell you to. Keeping information on the website makes your order easier to track.
Can I add more questions after booking?
Your purchase covers only the scope stated in the product listing. Closely connected clarification may be available through an eligible add-on. A separate person, unrelated topic, or second situation requires another booking.
Are readings and services confidential?
Personal information and the contents of private readings are treated as confidential and used only to complete the service, communicate about the order, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
Do you guarantee accuracy or results?
No. Tarot, astrology, mediumship, ritual work, and other spiritual services are interpretive and influenced by free will, personal choices, timing, and outside circumstances. They provide spiritual reflection and guidance, not guaranteed predictions or outcomes.
Is this medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice?
No. Services do not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency professionals. For urgent danger, abuse, health symptoms, legal deadlines, or financial decisions, contact an appropriate qualified professional.
Can minors book?
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Services concerning a child must be booked by the child's parent or legal guardian.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds are offered for completed purchases, digital downloads, personalized readings, rituals, astrology work, mediumship, mentorship, or spiritual services except where required by law.
