How do I send my information?
After purchasing, use the pink chat bubble on the website to send your order details and reading information. Please do not send order details through Facebook unless I specifically tell you to. Keeping everything on the website helps keep your order easier to track.
How will I receive my order?
Written readings and digital services are delivered to the email address connected to the order. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before reporting a missing delivery. No physical item is shipped unless a listing specifically states otherwise.
Can I add more questions after booking?
Your purchase covers only the scope stated in the product listing. Closely connected clarification may be available through an eligible add-on. A separate person, unrelated topic, or second situation requires another booking.
Are readings and services confidential?
Personal information and the contents of private readings are treated as confidential and used only to complete the service, communicate about the order, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
Do you guarantee accuracy or results?
No. Tarot, astrology, mediumship, ritual work, and other spiritual services are interpretive and influenced by free will, personal choices, timing, and outside circumstances. They provide spiritual reflection and guidance, not guaranteed predictions or outcomes.
Is this medical, legal, mental-health, or financial advice?
No. Services do not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency professionals. For urgent danger, abuse, health symptoms, legal deadlines, or financial decisions, contact an appropriate qualified professional.
Can minors book?
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Services concerning a child must be booked by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds are offered for completed purchases, digital downloads, personalized readings, rituals, astrology work, mediumship, mentorship, or spiritual services except where required by law.
What if I need help choosing?
