Empress Divinity with Renée provides digital services, spiritual consultations, intuitive readings, energy work, rituals, spellwork, and custom spiritual products. Due to the personalized, energetic, and time-based nature of these offerings, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once an order is placed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to: • Psychic, tarot, mediumship, astrology, and intuitive readings • Energy work, rituals, spellwork, and spiritual services • Digital products, written readings, and downloadable content • Missed appointments, late responses, or failure to provide required information

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, disagreement with interpretations, personal beliefs, emotional reactions, or unmet expectations.

If you believe there was a technical error or failure in delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt for review. Requests made after this window will not be considered.
