Already purchased membership access? Start here. You do not need to buy it again to troubleshoot a login problem.
1. Sign in with your checkout email
Use the email address connected to your membership purchase. If you are signed in with a different email, sign out and sign in with the correct one.
2. Open the member portal
Your account must have membership access before private content will open. Signing in alone does not create a membership.
3. If the page still says Members Only
Check your order confirmation to make sure you are using the correct email and purchased membership access rather than a separate reading or digital product.
Still locked out? Please do not pay again. Use the pink website chat and send your order number, checkout email, and a short description of what you see. Your account access can then be checked. Contact & Order Help also has a backup form when chat is not available.

Membership and personal readings are separate
Membership provides collective spiritual guidance and member resources. It does not include unlimited personal readings, private questions, emergency support, or ritual services. For guidance about your own situation, book a personal reading separately.
